29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about May 2, 2014, for employees exposed to fall hazards of approximately 17 feet while installing shingles on a townhome complex at or near 4300-4318 Trenton Drive in Bismarck, North Dakota. Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which were contained in OSHA Inspection Number 941539, Citation 1, Item 1A, and was affirmed as a final order on November 25, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 3000 Dortmund Avenue, Bismarck, North Dakota 58504, and OSHA Inspection Number 314700485, Citation 1, Item 2, and was affirmed as a final order on January 7, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 5925 Apple Creek Drive, Bismarck, North Dakota 58504.
