29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On April 5, 2017 and at times prior employees were exposed to an approximant nine foot fall hazard on a 5/12 pitch roof while installing shingles on a residential roof without the benefit of fall protection equipment next to an unprotected edge in vicinity of 3717 Meridian Drive in Bismarck, ND. Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of the Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 975381 in Bismarck, ND with a final order date of June 11, 2014. Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of the Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 941539 in Bismarck, ND with a final order date of November 25th, 2013.
