On May 12, 2014, east side of NBG building 2112, an employee using chemicals was not wearing proper gloves, exposing himself to a skin absorption hazard.

29 CFR 1926.502(d)(21): Personal fall arrest systems were not inspected prior to each use for wear, damage, and other deterioration, and/or defective components were not removed from service: a. On May 12, 2014, inside southeast corner of NBG building 2112, a damaged lanyard was in use and not removed from service, exposing an employee to a 7-foot fall while operating the scissor lift.
