29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a. On May 28, 2014, at the south side of building site, employees on the ground level without hard hats while laying and hauling concrete blocks were exposed to flying objects and overhead hazards from workers on the 2nd floor of the adjacent structure.
