On or about Thursday, May 15, 2014 at 13-16 133rd Place, College Point, NY 11356 While using MEG and TIG welding machines to perform welding operations employees were not provided the proper protective clothing (i.e. welding jackets) exposing employees thermal hazards. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED
