29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a) 2nd Floor-front left: Employee without any means of fall protection was engaged in framing activities being exposed to a fall of approximately 17 feet, on or about 3/3/14.  b) 2nd Floor-left side: Employee without any means of fall protection was unloading a ATF being exposed to a fall of approximately 18 feet, on or about 3/3/14.   Frame Q LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 927166, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/13/13,  with respect to a workplace located at 224 Diane Pl., Paramus NJ.
