29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1):  Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:  a) The portable office fire extinguisher in the conference room leading to an exit was blocked and not readily accessible exposing employees to fire and smoke inhalation hazards.  b) The portable office fire extinguisher in the main entrance and in various other locations in the facility were missing.   The fire extinguishers were being serviced off-site and no back up protective measures were taken in the event of an emergency.  c) The portable office fire extinguisher in the computer room was placed on the floor and not properly mounted.    d) The portable office fire extinguisher in the main conference room was blocked with furniture
