The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks shall be in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in Sec. 1910.6:  (a)	On or about August 10, 2021 and at times prior to that date, for the employees exposed to fire and explosion hazards where the employer did not ensure flammable and non-flammable compressed gas cylinders, not in use, were properly secured in a location which would prevent accidental contact or damage at or near 2730 North Deer Run Road, Carson City, Nevada.  (b)	On or about August 10, 2021 and at times prior to that date, for the employees exposed to fire and explosion hazards where Benzomatic Propane (Cas-No. 74-98-6, Propane, 87.5-100%) cylinders were stored with flammable and combustible material such as, but not limited to, five gallon containers of gasoline (Cas-No. 86290-81-5, gasoline, 80-100%) and one gallon containers of toluene (Cas-No. 108-88-3, >99%) within a flammable storage cabinet at 2730 North Deer Run Road, Carson City, Nevada.
