29 CFR 1926.502(h)(1)(v): The safety monitor shall not have other responsibilities which could take the monitor's attention from the monitoring function. a. on or about June 5, 2014 - at the above addressed jobsite, an employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately thirty four (34) feet due to the safety monitor having other responsibilities, such as applying roofing material to the roof deck. L. MARSHALL,INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 1926.502(h)(1)(v), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 313940348, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 2 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JANUARY 6, 2011, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 363 W. HILL STREET, CHICAGO, IL 60610.
