Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system:     a) Employees were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 22 feet from the edge of the roof deck while engaged in roofing activities without the use of fall protection or safety monitoring.       L. Marshall , Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.502 (h)(1)(v) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313940348, citation 1, item 2, and was affirmed as a final order on or about January 6, 2011, with respect to a worksite located at 363 W. Hill Street, Chicago, Illinois.
