29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): Guard for abrasive wheel machine where the operator stands in front of the machine was not constructed so that the peripheral protecting member could be adjusted to the constantly decreasing diameter of the wheel: The Delta 6" bench grinder, Model No. 23-680, was not equipped with an adjustable "tongue" guard on the left abrasive wheel, and the "tongue" guard on the right abrasive wheel was pushed up over the top of the wheel guard and not adjusted to within 1/4-inch of the periphery of the abrasive wheel.
