29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii). a) Backside of building - On or about May 2, 2014, employees were working from a scaffold platform that was not fully planked. The River City Masonry, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1)(I), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 561878, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on September 17, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 1910 Main Street, Madison, MS 39110.
