Universal Marble and Granite, LLC located at 27511 Holiday Lane Perrysburg, OH 43551; On or about June 11, 2014, the employer did not assure employees were protected while operating the Makita portable hand saws. Employees were required to cut granite slabs with the saw and are exposed to amputation hazards in that there are no guards on the saws.
