29 CFR 1910.178(f)(2): The storage and handling of liquefied petroleum gas fuel shall be in accordance with NFPA Storage and Handling of Liquefied Petroleum Gases (NFPA No. 58-1969), which is incorporated by reference as specified in Sec. 1910.6:     (a)  On or about 06//11/2014 - Outside, back parking area, employees refilling LP gas tanks from forklifts filled tanks until Liquefied Petroleum (LP) gas spewed from the tanks bleeder valve which is not in accordance with NFPA No. 58-1969, Division IV, Section 4.4(d).1, which states that "variable liquid gages which require the venting of fuel to the atmosphere shall not be used on fuel containers of industrial trucks (including lift trucks)".
