29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).   (a) Location - 192 Pleasant St, Watertown, Ma On or about 6/17/2014, employees were  not protected from falling while working on a roof greater than six feet above a lower level.  Mota Construction was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 26 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 903955, citation number 2, item number 1., which was affirmed as a final order on November 4. 2013 with respect to a workplace located at 10 & 12 Adams Farm Road, Shrewsbury, MA.  Mota Construction was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 26 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 899817, citation number 2 item number 2a which was affirmed as a final order on July 25, 2014 with respect to a workplace located at Crystal Pond Road, Madison Place Development, Southborough, MA.  Mota Construction Corp was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 838343, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on February 19, 2013 with respect to a workplace located at 2 Adams Farm Rd Shrewsbury, MA  Mota Construction was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 26 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 482118, citation number 2, item number 1., which was affirmed as a final order on July 25, 2012 with respect to a workplace located at Nolan Court, Tewksbury, MA.
