On or about June 11, 2014, employees setting trusses with a crane were not wearing hard hats, exposing themselves to head injuries.  b. On or about June 11, 2014, the employee hooking up the trusses and sending them up to the employees was not wearing a hard hat, exposing himself to a head injury.
