29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with paragraph (b) or (c) of this section. Worksite: The employee who was working in the approximately 8 foot 9 inch deep excavation/trench was not provided with cave in protection. C.J. Fucci, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 281337, citation number 1, item number 1, issued on 8/21/2012 with respect to a workplace located at Mill River Rd., Stamford, CT and became a final order on 9/11/2012.
