29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1): The employer did not certify to OSHA, within 10 calendar days after the abatement date, that the cited violation had been abated:  a) At the jobsite, on or about 10/30/2014:  The employer did not provide abatement certification for Citation 1, Items 001a, 001b and 001c issued on July 21, 2014.  An abatement demand letter was sent to the employer on September 24, 2014.    Abatement certification is required for this item.

At 3334 Astilbe Path, Liverpool, NY, on or about 06/24/14:  Three employees performing roofing work were not wearing fall protection which would protect them from hitting the ground, were they to fall.

At 3334 Astilbe Path, Liverpool, NY, on or about 06/24/14:  Three employees performing roofing work were not wearing fall protection which was rigged in such a way that it would prevent them from hitting the ground, were they to fall.
