29 CFR 1910.24(h): Standard railings were not provided on the open sides of all exposed stairways and stair platforms: Employees entering the elevator using the exterior stairs on the south side of the west elevator were exposed to fall hazards in that the stairs were not equipped with a standard rail. Pawnee County Cooperative Association was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1910.24(h)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 917494, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on (8/28/2013), with respect to a workplace located at 400 Ave. & US HWY 56, Garfield, KS.
