29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: (a) Worksite, west side of building - Two employees installed clay tile roofing along the west side of the building at a height of 14'-7" while working from a JLG Articulating Boom Aerial Lift, Model # 400S / Serial # 0300134997, without fall protection on, or about June 27, 2014. (b) Worksite, south side of building - Two employees installed clay tile roofing along the south side of the building at a heights ranging between 10'-6" and 21' while working from a JLG Articulating Boom Aerial Lift, Model # 400S / Serial # 0300134997, without fall protection on, or about June 27, 2014. Note: Abatement for this violation was previously documented, therefore, the employer is not required to submit abatement certification or documentation for this violation in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
