The exposure was derived from a personal sample taken over 399 minutes, which represents the employee's 8-hour work day, on or about 7/10/14.  b) Magnolia Windows & Doors, LLC, Baldwin, GA - On line #4, an employee punching holes on metal frames was exposed to noise levels at a time weighted average (TWA) of 89.4 dBA. Training in accordance with the standard was not conducted. The exposure was derived from a personal sample taken over 469 minutes, on or about 7/10/14.  c) Magnolia Windows & Doors, LLC, Baldwin, GA - On line #145, an employee punching and cutting on metal frames was exposed to noise levels at a time weighted average (TWA) of 92.2 dBA. Training in accordance with the standard was not conducted. The exposure was derived from a personal sample taken over 467 minutes, on or about 7/10/14.  d) Magnolia Windows & Doors, LLC, Baldwin, GA - In the Glass Department, an employee operating the washer was exposed to noise levels at a time weighted average (TWA) of 87.9 dBA. Training in accordance with the standard was not conducted. The exposure was derived from a personal sample taken over 463 minutes, on or about 7/10/14.  e) Magnolia Windows & Doors, LLC, Baldwin, GA - In the Glass Department, an employee dealing glass was exposed to noise levels of 90.5 dBA. Training in accordance with the standard was not conducted. The exposure was derived from a personal sample taken over 379 minutes, which represents the employee's 8-hour work day, on or about 7/10/14.
