29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed.  On 9/18/2017, at the Baldwin facility, the employer did not conduct an annual periodic inspection that would've included addition of specific written procedures for new equipment and review of existing procedures with Authorized employees at the facility.

On 9/18/17, at the Baldwin facility, the employer did not mark walkways and aisles for powered industrial trucks and pedestrian traffic where both were required to walk and work.
