29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Aisles and passageways shall be kept clear and in good repairs with no obstructions across or in aisles that could create a hazard: WORKSHOP: The steel metal grates, placed on the floor between the passageway and the No. 3 Triumph machine in concrete area were creating a tripping hazard. ABATED DURING THE INSPECTION.

29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The floor of every workroom shall be maintained in a clean and, so far as possible, a dry condition. Where wet processes are used, drainage shall be maintained, and false floors, platforms, mats, or other dry standing places should be provided where practicable. WORKSHOP: The floor of the racking system between aisle ways #14 and #15 had an accumulation of water on the floor.
