29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): In any workplace where respirators are necessary to protect the health of the employee or whenever respirators are required by the employer, the employer did not establish and implement a written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures:    a. On or about 06/30/14, at the Marine Garden area, at Coral World Ocean Park, St. Thomas, VI. The employer did not develop a written respiratory protection program to address the use of full-face respirators (3M 6700) and acid gas cartridges (3M 6002) provided and required to be worn by employees during pool maintenance operations.    NOTE:   Certification of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
