Two stainless-steel restaurant tables with kitchen appliances such as 12-cup Black and Decker coffee maker, a 3-liter hot water dispenser and a commercial countertop electric deep fryer were placed in front and below one electrical panel.   d. At the Dolphin gift shop storage room area. Several merchandise boxes were stored below electrical panel.  NOTE 1: Certification and documentation of abatement must be submitted for Instances a and b as required by 29 CFR 1903.19(c) and (d), respectively.   NOTE 2: Certification of abatement is not required for Instances c and d as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer prior to citation issuance.
