29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: On or about August 7, 2025, electrical service panels were not readily accessible in the following areas: a. At the guest services/ticket booth area. A 3-drawer vertical metal file cabinet was placed in front and below one electrical panel. b. At the Shark bar area. A countertop was installed in front and below the electrical panel located next to the sink area. c. At the Beach and bar cafe area. Two stainless-steel restaurant tables with kitchen appliances such as 12-cup Black and Decker coffee maker, a 3-liter hot water dispenser and a commercial countertop electric deep fryer were placed in front and below one electrical panel. d. At the Dolphin gift shop storage room area. Several merchandise boxes were stored below electrical panel. NOTE 1: Certification and documentation of abatement must be submitted for Instances a and b as required by 29 CFR 1903.19(c) and (d), respectively. NOTE 2: Certification of abatement is not required for Instances c and d as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer prior to citation issuance.
