The scaffold was approximately 16 feet high and the employees were not wearing a personal fall arrest system. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED Switala's Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(g)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314717042, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/18/10, with respect to a workplace located at 6188 Sheridan Drive, Buffalo, New York.
