29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Construction Site: On or about July 09, 2014, and at times prior, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately twenty-two feet six inches to the ground below while installing asphalt shingles on a 5:12 pitch roof.
