29 CFR 1910.179(b)(6)(ii): Where passageways or walkways were provided, obstructions were so placed that the safety of personnel was jeopardized by movements of crane(s): Employees operating overhead cranes in the paint building moved blast carts between girders on the blasting line and miscellaneous racking, providing obstructions to the passageway. On or about 5/28/14, an employee fractured a finger when it was caught between the blasting cart and a girder on the blasting line.
