29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The employer did not comply a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet.  (a) On or about July 15, 2014, Williams Mechanical employees were working at the VA Medical Center located at 1310 24th Ave South, in Nashville, TN, and were  exposed to various hazardous materials (included but not limited to lead free solder paste and welding rods) for which the employer did not maintain these materials on their list of hazardous materials used on the job site.  Without proper information on hazardous materials employees could mis-handle hazardous materials and expose themselves to bodily injury, and/or disease, allergic reactions, and various irritations both internal and external.  Williams Mechanical was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(e)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 916004, citation number 2, group number 1 and was issued on 08/30/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 1310 24th Ave South, in Nashville, TN.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
