29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toe boards: a) Front Entrance to Facility An employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 15 feet while repairing gutter straps on the flat roof which did not have guardrails. Violation observed on or about 07/16/14.
