29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) On or about July 17, 2014, and at times prior to that date, for employees exposed to an approximately 8-foot fall hazard while working on the 5:12 pitch roof at 2900 North Washington Street, Bismarck, North Dakota. Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 943545, Citation No. 1, Item No. 1A, and was affirmed as a final order on January 13, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 3650 West Princeton Avenue, Bismarck, North Dakota.
