29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about September 5, 2019 for employees exposed to falls of approximately 10 feet while re-roofing a residential roof with a 5:12 pitch located at 2845 Finley Street in Lincoln, North Dakota. Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1198728, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on February 14, 2019 with respect to a workplace located at 1200 Collins Avenue in Mandan, North Dakota.
