Note:  This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 985581, Citation 1, Item 1 and was affirmed as final order on September 26th, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2900 North Washington Street in Bismarck, North Dakota.     Note:  This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 943545, Citation 1, Item 1 and was affirmed as final order on January 7th, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 3650 West Princeton Avenue in Bismarck, North Dakota.
