On 7/15/2014, an employee from BAM contracting LLC was working on a commercial building located at the intersection of Cliff View Drive and Wentzville Bluffs Drive in Wentzville, MO. He was using a circular saw and pneumatic nailer without using eye protection while working on the parapet wall.
