29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On or about 7/23/2014, at the front of the store, an employee was performing maintenance on the lighted store sign and was not wearing a harness and personal fall arrest system while working from an aerial ladder. The employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 19 feet to the concrete below.
