29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Jobsite located at 404 SW 9th Street, Topeka, KS 66612; employees engaged in roofing work were exposed to fall hazards of up to 20 feet or greater from the eave to the ground below. Fall protection available at the jobsite was not being used at the time of the inspection.
