29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about June 13, 2016, employees were performing roofing activities on a steep commercial roof with no fall protection. The Reliable Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 947400, citation number 1, item number1, and was affirmed as a final order on March 5, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 700 Cloute Street, Fort Atkinson, WI 53538.
