On 7/17/2014, employees from Masters Construction were observed framing a roof at residential building located at 11 Pelican Court, Lake St. Louis, MO. They were not using guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  Two employees were observed installing fascia board on the gable roof.
