Pisinemo Location #7:  On or about June 24, 2014 and at times prior thereto, employees were using extension cords with a missing grounding pin to operate the Mitre Saw and the Rigid compressor for pneumatic tools exposing operators to electrical hazards.

29 CFR 1926.405(b)(1): Unused openings in cabinets, boxes, and fittings were not effectively closed:  Pisinemo - Sellers # 7:  On or about June 24, 2014 and at times prior thereto, the outside electric panel box providing power to contractors  was not effectively closed.  The knockout at the bottom panel was missing. Employees were handling the panel to tape and provide overspray protection and were exposed to potential electrical hazards.
