29 CFR 1926.405(b)(1): Unused openings in cabinets, boxes, and fittings were not effectively closed: Pisinemo - Sellers # 9: On or about June 24, 2014 and at times prior thereto, the breaker switch for the water heater location was missing exposing the bus bar to employees opening the panel box. Employees also handled the panel accessory outlet for power which was located just under the panel box which was not effectively closed.
