29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: On or about July 30, 2014 and at times prior thereto, employees were working on a rig site, Bison Rig #80. Behind the bunkhouse and the rig manager's trailer, there were 2 yellow 12 AWG extension cords, one 50 foot and one 25 foot along with 1 blue 50 foot 12 AWG extension cord connected together. This exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.
