29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard: On or about July 29, 2014 and at times prior thereto, employees were working on Rig #603. The floor panel between the shale shaker and the mud pit did not set properly and was sticking up approximately 3 inches. This created a tripping hazard for employees.
