29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a) On or about August 1, 2014, Mountain States Home Improvement, Inc., as the controlling employer, did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the job-site so as to ensure subcontracted employees were protected from fall hazards. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet"). Mountain States Home Improvement was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314657867, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 27, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 10517 Vaughn St., Commerce City , Colorado 80013. The final abatement date for this citation was August 20, 2010.
