29 CFR 1910.304(b)(3)(i): All 125-volt, single-phase, 15- and 20-ampere receptacles installed in wet locations were not equipped with ground-fault circuit-interrupter protection for personnel. On or about July 29, 2014, employer did not ensure connection to water pump was under Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) protection. This condition exposed employees to electrical hazards.
