29 CFR 1926.304(d): 29 CFR 1926.304(d): Each portable, power-driven circular saw withdrawn from the work did not automatically and instantly return the lower guard to the covering position of the saw. a) North side of residential project located at 4977 Ansbury Place, Acworth, Georgia, building 1200 unit 1204 of the Stone Haven Village subdivision. An employee using two circular saws to cut soffit boards and siding was exposed to amputation hazards as the guards on both saws had been blocked in the fully open position.

An employee, who was not wearing personal fall arrest systems while installing soffit boards from an unprotected steep sloped (6 in 12) roof, was exposed to fall hazards of 11-feet 1-inch.
