29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles. a) Townhomes located on Lots #D52 and #D54 Sawnee Village Blvd., Cumming, GA 30040, Front side of unit: On or about 12/27/2024, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic siding, finish, and framing nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided to employees using these tools to install siding materials. Adolfo Garcia-Salazar was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1524173, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/20/2021 , with respect to a workplace located at Lot #42 Duval Street, Alpharetta, GA 30009.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): Each employee on a scaffold, not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above lower level was not protected from falls by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section. a) Townhomes located on Lots #D52 and #D54 Sawnee Village Blvd., Cumming, GA 30040, Front side of unit: On or about 12/27/2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 20-feet to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees working from a pump jack scaffold engaged in siding activities. Adolfo Garcia-Salazar DBA Garcia Siding was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1524173, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/20/2021 , with respect to a workplace located at Lot #42 Duval Street, Alpharetta, GA 30009.
