29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall or come against, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: a) Moran Masonry, Inc. / 100 Erie Insurance Place, Erie, PA: On or about August 7, 2014 in the North East section of the property there was exposed rebar where blocks were being laid for an outside electrical utility room.
