Section 5(a)(I) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to tip over hazards while working from an articulating extensible boom aerial lift: Location: 300 Pine Street, Canton, MA Employees were exposed to tip over and fall hazards while working from a Genie Z-135 articulating extensible boom aerial lift at heights greater than 100 feet, where the company had suspended two radome covers from beneath the basket resulting in un-anticipated side loading to the boom.
