29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Location: 37 Union St., South Attleboro, MA On or about March 6, 2018 employees were exposed to fall hazards of more than 35 feet to the ground below, where fall protection systems were not in place.

29 CFR 1926.501(c): When employees were exposed to falling objects, the employer did not implement one of the following measures; -1 Erect toeboards, screens, or guardrail systems to prevent objects from falling from higher levels; or, -2 Erect a canopy structure; or -3 Barricade the area to which objects could fall, prevent employees from entering the barricaded area, and keep objects away from the edge of the higher level. Location: 37 Union St., South Attleboro, MA On or about March 6, 2018 employees were exposed to struck-by hazards from unsecured overhead bricks and debris, where protection or restriction from such, was not provided.
