This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of 70 feet.    (b)  Pier 3, Overhead Gantry Crane, Washrack Platform: On or about August 13, 2014 and at times prior thereto, guardrails were not provided at the rear of the platform.  This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of 62 feet.        Horizon Lines of Alaska, LLC  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 962574, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 28, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at Anchorage, Alaska.
